Building the Dream — From Vision to Ground

What started as a dream in 2015 became reality with the purchase of a piece of land in Commewijne, Suriname. Step by step, brick by brick, the vision of creating a natural space for healing and reflection came to life.

Phase 1 — The Beginning

May 2016: The land was cleared, the first stone laid, and the vision began to take shape.

Back then, all I knew was that I wanted to build a small resort where peace and nature could meet.

Building the training room

After the main building was completed, a separate outdoor kitchen and training space were added.

The outlines of the training hall and a private 1-on-1 session room started to take shape.
An outdoor kitchen and restroom block were also built on the property.

October 2023 marked a milestone — the training hall and outdoor facilities were finally completed. Now it’s time to bring the space to life with design, color, and intention, ready for the official opening in 2024.

The plan was to complete the interior in 2024, but life had its own rhythm. The container arrived only at the end of August, and so did the lessons in patience, flow, and divine timing.

By the end of 2024, there was finally a moment to focus on the interior. Yet life had other plans — illness and unexpected turns slowed things down once more.
Still, the space is alive: 1-on-1 sessions are happening, the energy flows, and the vision continues to grow.
The grand opening? It will unfold in its own divine timing.
